HOW TO USE:
– Clean clients lashes with shampoo/cleanser before applying the PRIMER.
– Shake bottle vigorously every time before use.
– Apply Primer on the natural lashes using a micro swab or brush applicator.
– Allow it to dry then apply eyelash extensions.
