Shipping policy
At CHARMY LASHES, we understand that timely delivery of your order is important to you.
That’s why we work hard to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. Please review the following shipping policy to understand how we handle shipping for our products.
All orders placed before 12:00 p.m. (EST) will be processed within 1-2 business days of receipt throughout the week Monday-Friday. This includes the verification of payment and the preparation of your order for shipment. Orders placed over the weekends will be processed the following Monday.
We offer standard shipping for all domestic orders within Canada. Shipping times vary based on your location, but generally take 3-7 business days from the time of shipment. We also offer expedited shipping for an additional cost. Please contact us for more information on expedited shipping options.
Delays in processing/shipping the orders may occur during holiday periods and unforeseen major events; estimated delivery dates may be impacted and are not guaranteed.
We do not guarantee any delays in estimated delivery periods and your carrying company is the only party held liable in the event of shipping delays.
We offer free shipping on $150+ orders within Canada. A free shipping option will be available at the checkout once the total value of the order reaches a minimum of $150.
Before placing your order, we kindly ask to verify that you have provided a full and complete address. Validating inaccurate or incomplete address details may result in shipping delays of additional 3-4 days and is the responsibility of the purchaser.
After placing your order, we will email you confirming your purchase order and will provide shipment confirmation when your package is shipped.

We understand that sometimes circumstances change, and you may need to cancel your order.
To cancel an order, please contact our customer service by email using our Contact Us page.
We offer a limited time window for customers to cancel their order with:
– 5% cancellation fee, applicable if a request to cancel your order is submitted before it has been shipped
– Cancellation requests submitted after an order has already been shipped out are treated following our return policy with all applicable fees (if any). Please refer to our “Return Policy” for more information on how to initiate a return.
Orders that are rejected/refused upon delivery are subject to 15% restocking fee.

CHARMY LASHES takes no responsibility for lost/stolen packages following the delivery of your order.
We take great care in packaging our products to ensure they arrive to you in perfect condition. However, in the event that your package is damaged or lost in transit, please contact your carrier immediately to report a lost or damaged shipment.
