At CHARMY LASHES, we value the quality and craftsmanship of our products and are confident that you will enjoy them. However, we understand that sometimes things just don’t go our way!

We are pleased to accept your returns within 14 days from the purchase date for a full refund.

To meet the eligibility requirements and qualify for return/refund, your item must be in a perfect re-sellable shape, unused, unopened and in its original packaging.

Before initiating a return order, please make sure you have kept the original packaging and that the product is unused and undamaged.

CHARMY LAHSES reserves the right to refuse or reject a refund request if the returned product does not meet our policy requirements listed above. Please note that all liquid products including adhesives, bonders, primers, cleansers, or any other liquids are non-refundable.

Similarly, all ‘Sale and Promotional’ items are a final purchase and do not qualify for returns. Any products not verifiable within our system will be ineligible for refund. As we reasonably believe to have delivered to a parcel forwarding company, we will not offer refunds for items that are reported missing or damaged.

For our customers who are wishing to initiate a return process, we ask you to please send us an email explaining the reasons for your return by visiting our Contact page.

Purchasers would be responsible to pay for their return shipping costs. However, we will only be able to offer a free return if the product delivered is faulty. All shipping costs (including shipping insurance) associated with the original order are non-refundable.

Packages must be safely packed and protected from damage. CHARMY LASHES is not responsible for any items lost or any breakages that happen during transit.

It may take us up to 7 business days to process your return. If you completed your purchase using a debit or a credit card, the amount will be fully credited back to your original payment card. Please consider that your financial institution may take longer to achieve the deposit.

All returns are subject to validation and approval at CHARMY LASHES discretion. Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will notify you via email confirming the approval or rejection of your return.

Product Exchange:

Our online store does not offer traditional exchange services. If a product reserves its original manufacturing conditions, please follow the return procedures described above and then place a new order for your desired items. You may place the new order right away, so you ensure receipt of your preferred items at the earliest convenience or wait until we have completely processed your refund.
